FOX 50 Announces New Fall Programming

Raleigh-Durham, NC – FOX 50 (WRAZ) is excited to announce several new additions to its fall programming schedule.

FOX 50 is bringing you just a little closer to the stars this season.  “Extra” made its FOX 50 debut Monday, September 6.  The entertainment newsmagazine enters its 11th season Monday with new co-host Mark McGrath, lead singer for the band Sugar Ray, joining host Dayna Devon.  Get the celebrity scoop weeknights immediately following the WRAL 10p.m. News on FOX 50.

Think your family life is hectic?  Now multiply that times 5 nights a week!  Starting Monday, FOX 50 has the Emmy award-winning family comedy “Malcolm in the Middle” every weeknight at 11:35.  Now entering its sixth successful season on FOX, Malcolm, Hal, Lois and the rest of the family are bringing their laugh-out-loud antics into your living room every weeknight as well.

Beginning Monday, FOX 50 also adds several daytime programs.  Pat Croce loses the standard daytime talk television studio backdrop and takes his show on the road and into the home life of his viewers. . .literally.  He’s moving in with families across the country, combining his own ‘do-it-yourself’ attitude with his unique motivational strategies to resolve their problems.  Croce tackles family struggles head-on and where they take place.  “Pat Croce:  Moving In” will air weekday mornings at 11.

Best-selling author and national radio personality Larry Elder is stepping out of his audio booth and into the television world with a talk show to impact lives through the power of motivation and truth.  With his down-to-earth style, Elder strives to empower real people with the ability to navigate their everyday problems and improve their lives.  He’ll take on the issues you can relate to:  relationships and personal growth, pop-culture trends and current news stories.  “The Larry Elder Show” will air weekday afternoons at 3.

Beginning Monday September 20, the Huxtables you know and love are back, and they’re on FOX 50!  The venerable Bill Cosby stars as Cliff Huxtable, the relatable family man who handles life’s challenges with humor and humanity.  Catch a full hour of “The Cosby Show” weekday afternoons at 4.

Saturday nights just got a little more intense on FOX 50.  Beginning Saturday September 18, “CSI:  Crime Scene Investigation” takes you inside every case and reveals the gritty world of criminal justice.  Look for “CSI:  Crime Scene Investigation” Saturday nights at 7 on FOX 50.
