Linda Sherman Named General Manager Of WJZY-TV and WFVT-TV
Charlotte, NC -- Linda Sherman has been named General Manager, WJZY-TV (UPN46) and WFVT-TV (WB55), it was announced today by Tom Allen, Senior Vice President of Broadcasting for Capitol Broadcasting Company.
"We are excited to have someone of Linda's caliber joining UPN46 and WB55," said Allen. "She will be an immediate asset to the company and the community."

Sherman comes to UPN46 and WB55
after 15 years with Meredith Broadcasting, most recently General Manager
of WHNS in Greenville, SC, with stints as General Sales Manager, National
Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager at Meredith's WSMV in Nashville,
TN.
