Leadership Triangle

About Leadership Triangle:
Leadership Triangle is a non-profit organization established in 1992 to educate and promote regionalism across the separate communities of the Triangle. It does this through regional and leadership development classes, seminars and awards.

LT strives to build leadership capacity, cooperation, and networking opportunities across the public, private and civic sector, preserving local uniqueness while acting regionally to deal with issues such as traffic congestion, water quality, housing affordability, open space, school funding, economic and social equity.

Leadership TriangleTo work towards these goals, LT offers three courses each year:

  • Personal Study Program - offered annually, Sept - Dec. Participants study in small groups with a personal leadership coach & the entire group meets top Triangle leaders.
  • Regional Leadership Program - offered annually, Jan - May. Participants learn about regional issues and work towards solutions and resolving diverse points of view.
  • Leadership Triangle Executive Program - a new program developed to introduce CEOs and their spouses who are new to the area to the unique issues in the region.

To apply for these programs, visit the Programs & Classes section of the LT website.
