About Hospice of Wake County:
Hospice of Wake County is the oldest, largest and most experienced hospice organization serving Wake and parts of surrounding counties.

HospiceFrom helping families deal with a life limiting diagnosis-to providing skilled nursing care and counseling - to supporting family members adjusting to the death of a loved one - Hospice of Wake County is a Partner in Caring on one of life's most challenging journeys.

Over 100 professional staff and 250 trained volunteers provide expert medical care and supportive services to over 1,500 families each year. Hospice of Wake County serves patients and families with an interdisciplinary team that works in partnership with physicians to provide access to intermittent comprehensive care.

HospiceHospice allows patients and families to decide where and how they want to spend their final days, weeks, and months.

Patients from newborn to elderly are cared for in their places of residence-their homes, nursing homes, rest homes, assisted living facilities or retirement centers.

HospiceAt Hospice of Wake County - their philosophy is that every individual deserves the quality of life that he or she wants near life's end. Although we receive reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, no family is ever denied the care they request due to lack of payor source.
