Visitors to the NC Museum of Natural History will get to find out the answers to their most pressing weather questions from some Triangle experts, including WRAL-TV Chief Meteorologist Greg Fishel, at the upcoming Stormfest.   The daylong event will take place at the Museum on Saturday, June 16, 2012, and is free and open to the public.

Fishel will join two other local metorologists on the Ask the Experts panel to answer your questions about weather.  Visitors can learn about why weather happens, how to predict it, and find out how some animals are affected by weather.

The event also includes tips and information on how you can prepare and protect yourself in case of dangerous weather.  Emergency response personnel and vehicles will be on hand for an up close and personal look, too.

The day also includes free screenings of "Tornado Alley" in the WRAL Digital Theater, compliments of WRAL, and visitors can tour WRAL Storm Central exhibit in the new wing of the Museum.
