The Pelicans are excited about hosting their first major concert at the ballpark, and they are inviting everyone to join in the fun.

Two legendary performing artists Bob Dylan and Willie Nelson are scheduled to perform a concert at Coastal Federal Field on Friday, June 3, 2005. Tickets for the event are $49.50 (plus tax and fees) with children under the age of 12 receiving free entrance to the show.

“The Bob Dylan Show,” is being presented by JAM Productions as part of the 54th Annual Sun Fun Festival presented by Hawaiian Tropic. The Myrtle Beach Pelicans are proud to be a co-producer of the show.

A schedule of events for the concert has been released with the Green Cards slated as the opening act. The Green Cards will take the stage at approximately 6:30pm. Willie Nelson is scheduled to perform at 7:15pm and the headliner, Bob Dylan will rock at 9pm.
