WRAL-FM
Radiothon Activities Set To Begin |
WRAL-FM
will soon begin its annual Radiothon for Duke Children's Hospital, from
September 9 - 12, 2004. However, MIX 101.5 will get a
head start on the fundraising with a special kick-off at Alive After Five
at the American Tobacco Campus in Durham this Thursday, August 26th.
The Rick Hendrick
Chevrolet Change Bandit Bash will take place from 5-7pm. Change Bandits
are people who want to make a difference by volunteering to collect donations
from friends, neighbors, relatives and/or co-workers. These Change Bandits
will tally and turn in the money they have collected thus far. New Change
Bandits will also be recruited. If you are just getting started, you can
pick up your kits as you learn what others have done to raise money.
Food, live music and
prize drawings will also be a part of the celebration.
