Bulls Host Saturday Concerts

The Durham Bulls have joined with Independent Weekly to offer yet another bonus to fans at the ballpark. The 2003 Summer Concert Series provides an hour-long concert immediately following each Saturday home game at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park this season. Triangle area bands have been tapped to play for the home crowds.

"We are always looking for ways to add new promotions and entertainment to our ballgames, and this seemed like a great way to end a night at the ballpark," said Durham Bulls General Manager Mike Birling. "Fans can now relax after the ballgame and enjoy some great local music on a warm summer night in Downtown Durham."
