Jim Goodmon Is Presented A Regional Emmy Award

On February 5, the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (NATAS) awarded their annual Regional Emmy Awards in Nashville, Tenn. Fifty-seven awards (WRAL-TV5 staff won 9 awards) were presented from over 650 entries.

NATAS National Trustee C. Paul Corbin presented James F. Goodmon, President and CEO of Capitol Broadcasting Company, the Governors' Award for Lifetime Achievement for his contributions to the community and his outstanding achievements in broadcasting.
