Holiday Tradition Continues WRAL continued its holiday tradition with the lighting of the WRAL-TV5 broadcast tower on Western Boulevard in Raleigh, NC. Just before 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, the 300-plus foot tower came alive with color as thousands of bulbs were illuminated, making it a visual landmark during the holiday season.
