Mark Conrad of WJZY Appointed Chairman of the UPN Affiliate Board

Mark Conrad, VP/GM WJZY & Broker for WFVT, has been appointed Chairman of the UPN affiliate board. Over the next year, Mark will direct the board in its advisory capacity to the network.
