Celebrating 34 Years of Service with CBC and the A.J. Fletcher Foundation

Irene Dietsch was surrounded by family members at her retirement reception June 24th at the Cardinal Club in downtown Raleigh. Her many years of service included work at WRAL-TV in many departments and most recently, administrative assistant for the A.J. Fletcher Foundation.




Foundation Executive Director Tom McGuire presented Irene with an engraved gold bracelet and gift certificates for a major shopping spree at Crabtree Valley Mall.





Paul Pope, WRAZ/WRAL-TV and Don Wilder, National Opera Company were among those sharing memories with Irene and many well-wishers.



Irene, and her husband Fred plan to celebrate her retirement with a cruise. Everyone at CBC and the Fletcher Foundation wishes them the best.
